By accessing or using DocsOS you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. DocsOS may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. DocsOS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not abuse DocsOS, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow DocsOS's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
DocsOS retains all rights to DocsOS's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant DocsOS a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
DocsOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.DocsOS disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocsOS's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or DocsOS is limited to the amount you paid DocsOS in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. DocsOS may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
